P6R Global traveller
This particular model comes with Schwalbe Marathon tyres, a telescopic seatpost, a T Bag, Rack Sack, Shimano hub dynamo lighting and Eazy Wheels.
The multiple positions afforded by the P Type's handlebars are designed with the touring cyclist in mind, especially when paired with 6 gears and a rack. Although the handlebars are a little heavier than the M Type's, the lower grips, angled for comfort on longer stretches of road, allow the rider to get down out of the wind and deliver real power to the pedals; the upper grips provide a welcome contrast after a long stretch of riding and also give great control for manoeuvring in traffic.

S2L-X Fast & fun
This particular model features titanium, uses Brompton's derailleur system to turn a single-speed into a nimble 2-speed bike and comes with Brompton tyres, a front carrier block and reflectors.
For many, the S Type is the prettiest Brompton, and it certainly is the lightest. The grips, at about 935mm from the ground, are appreciably lower than on the M type, and 50mm further forward, giving a sporty riding position which complements the positive feel of these bikes.

M3L Timeless classic
This particular model features Sturmey Archer's reliable 3-speed hub as well as Brompton tyres, a telescopic seatpost, a C Bag, battery lights and a Brooks B17 saddle.
The distinctive U-shape of the M Type's handlebars has been used on the Brompton since the outset: it gives a fairly upright ride with excellent control. The M Type is the all-rounder in our range and remains the most popular Brompton, as much at home in the city as on a country lane, and with plenty of room for luggage at the front.
Finely-engineered and elegant, the Brompton has a full-sized frame, made mainly of steel for strength and stiffness. It is designed to be practical and light enough to be genuinely portable; actual weight depends on model and configuration, but ranges from 9 – 12½ kg (20 – 28lbs). Brompton weights are true weights; unlike most bike manufacturers, we include the weight of mudguards, pedals, etc. in our figures – if it’s on the bike, we weigh it.
The combination of a rigid frame and accurate alignment makes for efficient transmission of your energy and a lively, first-rate ride; countless owners use them on long journeys and for touring and many prefer the ride of a Brompton to that of conventional bikes.
